Hired Attorney John Schleiffarth

I didn't know it was possible to have so much trust and confidence in a lawyer. I also never really saw myself as having a lawyer that I could call my lawyer for help with all legal issues, and John has become just that. He has exceeded my expectations every step of the way and I would now consider him more of a friend than a lawyer. The level of personal attention he has given me has been astounding.

In general, I don't like lawyers. I didn't know that lawyers like John even existed until I worked with him. He is friendly, highly intelligent, super efficient, and quick to put out any fires you may have created before you met him. He's wonderful. I give him my highest recommendation!

I sought John's expertise in dealing with a lawsuit for unpaid medical bills for my deceased spouse. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
