The attorneys handled my bankruptcy well, but it was incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone when I had questions. If you want the job done cheaply and efficiently, they are good; however, if you are looking for a more personable experience, you might consider searching elsewhere.
Staff was not familiar with bankruptcy law for Illinois and staff did not communicate detailed information to clients.
Absolutely no contact in months. Once they have your money, you will not hear from these people until a day before they need something from you, which they expect immediately. No return calls when I had questions. Definitely not happy with their level of service or professionalism.
