I did not like the way the case was handled. My husband is suffering from lower back pain as a result of the accident. The surgery to fix his back cost $40000, and we recovered much more less than this which was not enough to perform the surgery.

they got us doctors to visit for our injuries and a car rental for when my car was in the shop getting fixed for the person that hit us gave a fake name and car insurance so they had to fight with my insurance company. they have settled with me but my insurance is still looking for the person that hit me.
