Crow Estate Planning and Probate is a boutique law firm in Clarksville, Tennessee. We focus our practice on three primary areas: estate planning, probate, and business formation. That is all we do. We believe by narrowing our practice we can provide focused attention on our clients and their families, learning their goals and values. If you want to feel valued and appreciated as a client this is the best law office to go with. John and his office went above and beyond to assist me during husband's passing. Whether it was a simple question or just explaining the process, he took the time to speak with me directly. He addressed each of my concerns and fears. In today's culture that is rare to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help. I can't thank him enough and will recommend his expertise to everyone.

My husband and I recently contacted Mr. Crows office regarding updates to our estate plan. Within hours Mr. Crow contacted us and arranged for us to meet. He explained the legal process in detail and listened to our wishes. In less than two weeks the documents were completed. We found Mr. Crow and his staff to be very friendly, professional and timely. John Crow is by far one of the best attorney's in all of Tennessee!! If you are looking for a lawyer that is there when you have any questions or explains things so you not only understand each step of the process but are educated.. John Crow has an awesome personality and he is extremely patient. Thanks to John Crow my probate case was won!! Recommended highly!!!

Hired Attorney John Crow II

I hired Mr. Crow for my Dad's estate and he made the process as painless/possible. He and his staff were extremely helpful and answered any questions that came up and took care of all paperwork very fast (in a matter of like 2 days). He was also understanding and very affordable in a time where money mattered. Was willing to go to bat for me for anyone who wanted try to give me the run around about closing out my father's affairs and just having that peace of mind in that time means alot.
