They got my disability in a timely manner.
They did a good job but charged too much.
Parmele is great for keeping your case up-to-date, calling you back, and keeping you informed. They are good representation, status quo. However, if there is concern for more than a minute, and they have maxed out what they can earn, expect that you will have to finish your case, on your own. There are issues, they should have known about, may have known about, thar they opted not to address. I did. Found out these are on-going issues, that as paid representatives, should have already been handling...being as our state legislature already is! They instead just say "wait". They are dealing with vulnerable populations, they will work until they are paid up...I had to fire them to get the job done. Just to find out the issue is on-going, they have other clients "waiting", when they should have joined to advocate for their clients? Great for trained monkey's. Expect nothing more.
I never got to speak to the attorney handling the case. They always had someone else speak with me. It took more that 2 years to get the case resolved, but from what I understood is that this is not uncommon at all when fighting for Social Security disability. I was satisfied with the results, but they really need to do something to speed up those processes.
Had a specific question regarding income that never was answered.
They are slow but do keep up with your cases.
They work on contingency so they have no sense to keep their clients advised of their claims status. It takes them about a year for each filing or appeal. Then you have to contact them to find out anything!
They don't do much communication with clients until close to court dates.
