I do not recommend this attorney because he did not continue to represent me after he started my case. I paid all fees. This put me in a very bad position with a looming legal deadline. I had to start over with another lawyer and did not have a good outcome.
I decide to use him a second time, and I really regret it. He ended up being very dishonest and rude. When it was time for ne to deposit more money, he said I could deposit a "flat fee". I thought that he was referring to the total amount that I would probably need for the rest of the case, so I deposited thay amount so I wouldn't have to make another deposit. He later told me when I asked for my refund that he meant a change in contract terms even though he didn't specify he was wanting to swit

1. Does NOT follow through. 2. Does not submit paperwork in a timely manner to courts. 3. Overlooks important details. 4. Does not communicate with client.
5. Will drop client week of court date.
