This is a wonderful law firm to work with if you want to win your case for social security disability.
Very approachable and easy to work with. Willing to spend time and listen to my concerns and needs.
I couldn't have won without them.
At first I had good expectations but as time went on I started to see that the case managers were incompetent. My case kept be juggled from one case manager to another. I would provide them with important and necessary information, when I would ask questions pertaining to that vital information I provided it’s as if I never gave them anything. I’m very pro active so when I ask questions I also tend to give pro active information. Upon learning their incompetence and poor attitude at many times I decided to release them from my case. If anyone is looking for a competent and reliable law firm , from personal experience you will find Morgan & Morgan law firm to be the best in the country.
Working with this attorney at the most difficult time of my life was the worst decision I could’ve made. They are not well organized, communication within the office is very poor. Even the receptionist is rude. The only time I received a return phone call was when I threatened to file a grievance. Given the fact that they only handle disability cases I assumed that they were going to be knowledgeable and thorough, that’s not the case. Initially my medical records were sent to me, being unfamiliar with the process I thought they were duplicates. I figured it out after they had sat in my office for 2 months. Why didn’t they realize they hadn’t received them and contact me? Once my case was approaching the 2 year mark I began calling and never got an answer other than “your case is being processed”. None of my calls were returned, finally I threatened a grievance and they called. Turns out paperwork was missed and again they failed to realize that. Attention to detail is vital !
