My lawyer never kept in touch until the month before the hearing and because they needed me to do legwork they did not do. There was past medical records that were not recieved and therefore helped me lose my case. I felt that the ball was dropped in my case. When I mention it to other people who have used a different lawyers office they automatically assure me my case did not get the attention it deserved.
