I cannot say enough about his professionalism, network contacts, and knowledge and support staff. He was, and remains, VERY available. I have never had to call more than once to get him on the phone. His billable hours have always been fair, reasonable and verifiable. Peter did my will and agreed to be my executor.
That's about the highest level of faith you can put in a familial relationship, let alone a professional one.

Was extremely difficult to get in touch with. Frequent miscommunications. Documents are full of typos and bad grammar and need to be re-written by client. Lacks focus. Missed important deadlines.

I needed to watch her billing practices. The firm charges for every second which includes and not limited to, if they need to wait for the copier, waiting on the phone to talk to her, and re-researching their own mistakes. I was charged for a whole day at court even though she had another client there.
I felt she dropped the ball a few times when other avenues needed to taken in order to get to the truth.

Ann Pompeii is a vile malignant narcissist, who is unethical and manipulative in such a way that she will intentionally fail to respond to court notices and appearances, request postponements the day before all to milk you for your last dime. She repeats herself in her certifications over and over, trying to build a case that she does not have! She frames herself to the court as an educated philanthropist prodding herself on decades ago of experience that is expired, used up the same as she is. This woman wears a red lipstick to court trying to get attention from her clients and judges. Every time I see her I get secondhand embarrassment. She walks like a gremlin foaming at the mouth ready to destroy any family she gets her claws into draining you of your assets, income, and self worth. Stay far away from this attorney at all costs!!
