I appreciated the timely responses from both dan and Nicole.
They were both upfront/honest and very factual which was greatly appreciated especially when dealing with emotional cases regarding custody.
I appreciated being consistently informed on where the cases were both at.
Lastly it was nice to feel like more than a paycheck to them. I believe they both took a genuine interest in what was going on during my cases. It felt like they cared, which you don't really find with attorneys now days.
