Peter is a brilliant, tireless and fierce advocate for the educational and civil rights of children, especially those with special education needs.

Hired Attorney Peter Hoffman

Working with this lawyer was a very poor experience. Further victimized my child and ignored the disabilities. The experience with him embodied all the negative and cliche stereotypes one hears about attorneys. Quite sad. Would not do business with this individual or firm again. Not worth the fee nor the time.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
