We had already made an offer on a home in Texas.l and found out in the process of selling our home in California that there was a lien on our home. The lien was extremely complicated. The person who placed the lien did it from multiple counties. The person was extremely difficult to deal with and we needed the lien removed ASAP to sell the home and move forward in Texas.
