ROSAMONDE MCNICHOL WAS THE FIRST PERSON WHO ACTUALLY MADE ME LAUGH AT THE NIGHTMARE I AM GOING THROUGH. SHE ALSO LISTENED AND WAS UNDERSTANDING. SHE HELPED ME SEE THE BIG PICTURE AND WHAT I WAS DOING RIGHT, INSTEAD OF HEARING MY BIZARRE SITUATION AND PUTTING A LABEL ON ME LIKE SO MANY OTHERS HAVE DONE. SHE ALSO WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY OF HER TIME. I HAVE NEVER SAID THIS, BUT SHE WAS WORTH MORE THAN HER FEE. FIRM IS WARM AND INVITING. RECEPTIONIST EVEN CALLS NIGHT BEFORE TO SEE IF SHE CAN HELP

At the Attorneys meeting after my mothers death Rosamonde McNichol informed us that they would be complying with my sister's/trustees wishes. When I told her that they are responsible for complying with the Trust, prepared by Len Tillem, she responded by stating "The courts will NOT enforce THAT. In otherwords, the Trust is worthless. Since my sister is greedy and has taken from trusts of others before this left NO protection except for going to court. I fully intend to make the broad Rosamonde pay every cent this mess costs me. After the meeting I emailed Len Tillem and expressed my disgust with his services and the unlawful conduct of Rosamonde. They pulled their services immediately to avoid further liability because of this useless waste of space called Rosamonde McNichol. So, if you want your assets protected you need more than the Trust, you need an attorney who will stand behind their services. That you WILL NOT get from Len Tillem, Rosamonde McNichol or anyone there.
