Greenberg & Bederman, LLC is a law firm established in 1985 with an office in Silver Spring, MD. At this office location, there are 12 lawyers practicing personal injury, auto accident injuries, premises liability (slip and fall) and 60 other areas of law.
They were not only prompt and efficient, but they were personable and caring. Mr. Bederman himself gave my case personal attention, and seemed truly concerned that I get the compensation I needed.
It's not over yet and they say it could take 13-20 months to get a decision. We need money NOW!
I did not get aggressive representation. I felt the lawyer should have pursued additional compensation for my back injury from my insurance company, since the other driver had only basic liability insurance, I did not even receive the full amount of his coverage, and I will have recurring back pain for the rest of my life.
this is about neck injuries (whiplash) I’d sustained 7 months before in a car accident.The other driver was ticketed. Eugene,claiming to be a lawyer, told me the firm wouldn’t represent me:I’d waited too long(4.5 months)for medical help.As I tried to explain that whiplash pain frequently doesnt arise for months, he hung up.I called back and was connected to Mr Bederman who already knew about my case—“Eugene told me.” He restated they would not take the case.“Why did you wait?Your injury could have been caused by something else in between the accident date and when you started treatment.”(No such injury occurred).And finally,”it’s my firm;I decide what cases to take.” Yes,Mr Bederman:it’s your firm to do, of course,whatever you’d like with it.But please, save other injured people time and energy:put it plainly in yours ads that yours is,in my opinion,a factory-mass production-type of law firm.If even slightly heavy lifting (brain power) is needed, go elsewhere.I.,e., LAZY in my opinion.
I contacted the office of Greenberg and Bederman regarding a medical malpractice suit in the DC area. I received and email back asking me to contact them regarding my case. After taking the time to return their inquiry I had the misfortune of dealing with two of their highly incompetent legal aides/interns/secretaires who could not have been more rude or condescending. I was told that I was not in their system and given the number of some obscure hotline. Horrible customer service/work ethic.
Greenberg and Bederman were supposed to be representing me in an auto accident case. I am DISGUSTED in the untimely and unprofessional manner in which my case was handled as well as how I was treated this morning. My attorney Mr. Eugene Khudoley had not contacted me for months. I reached out to him at the end of March with a status update, he requested two documents that he said were missing from his file and the only thing he was waiting on. I responded with the documents on April 3rd. NO one, and I mean NO ONE, has reached out to me after sending those documents. Today makes 1 month since my submittal. GB & has had my case since Dec 2023. When I contacted GB today to find out why no one has updated me I was transferred to T Davis who is the paralegal for Eugene Khudoley. I explained to Ms. T. Davis that Mr. Eugene Khudoley requested documents that were sent. Ms. T. Davis could not seem to find the documents, so I forwarded them to her along with proof. Go to my google review.
Please beware of this place my case has been going on for almost 2 years they do not contact you to keep you updates or nothing also they presented me with my case of how much I will receive and I told the lawyer no take it to trail. This company is worried them getting paid. I would walk away wit 1000 dollars and my case is work hundreds of thousands of dollars. Smh
