About Perry L. Hicks

Perry focuses his practice on cases involving accidents and personal injury, as well as criminal defense and DUI. He has successfully represented clients in large personal injury and wrongful death cases and those accused of serious crimes, including first degree murder. His countless DUI victories have helped clients retain their freedom (and their drivers licenses), while also helping them avoid the career crippling effects of a DUI conviction. Had I known three years ago after getting out of the homeless shelter as a single mother fleeing a horrible domestic situation and then selling my car to pay this man damn near four grand to do absolutely nothing but continue my case for several years until I caught another case and made it even worse I'd rather have just done the time and be over with it. If I could go back, at least I'd still have a vehicle and piece of Mind. Then he had the Audacity to ask me for an additional $3500 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. Save your money and just do the damn day in jail. Sickening.sad. unfortunate. Unnecessary.
