Greg Batte is very professional and is very attentive to the needs of his clients. He understands the law and has done very well for me.
My attorney (one of the partners) was not easily accessible and failed to represent me well. I ended up having to take my case to one of the senior partners to obtain closure and finish my case with them.
Very poor response to emails and phone calls, bordering on incompetence. Highly disappointed in the work he did and didn't do as the work is still not completed. High retainer and not worth it.

quotes a price and says it will not exceed this amount, then tries to bill you more and cannot prove why except (paper work)

Attorney Batte took my money, make sure you do NOT give him yours! No work was done on my case, he never even filed papers or entered any evidence. He didn't inform me of court dates and even missed them himself. So unethical!
PSA!! Do not use this man!! He has taken us for over 50,000 and didn’t do anything. He also withdrew from our case with no explanation or phone call. THIS MAN IS A CROOK!!
Mr. Anglin has you and your case summed up before you leave his office, good or bad, He may be a good attorney to some people, but don't waste your breath or money.
