I need a first rate attorney that had track record of being a fighter and I have never seen an attorney fight more than Mr.Smith and his concern for me and response to my questions were above and beyond. If for any reason I needed a criminal atty again he would be my first and only choice. When he gets in the court room you would think you had hired Race Horse Hanes.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
