Cloud Peak Law Group is a law firm with an office in Sheridan, WY. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing estate planning, asset protection, corporate services and 2 other areas of law.
Used Mark for estate planning at one point. Tried to get it updated at one point and was told he was retired and they could not and would not do any further work. Turns out he’s not actually retired, they just don’t want to engage on previous estate planning clients.
Very unprofessional and unresponsive firm. I cannot state strongly enough what a mistake choosing this firm for ANYTHING is. When challenged for providing substandard services, the attorney (Mark Pierce) becomes abusive and rash.
This comapny is giving out LLCs to just anyone and then people are using these LLCs and mail forwarding services to pose as different companies and scam people. But when I look at the address is comes back to Cloud Peak Law Group. Looks like they offer mail forwarding so people must be using this to make it look like they live in the usa.
They sent me up on reoccurring billing without my permission, and refused to return the money. Crooks. Additionally, they would not let me talk to management. They claim that they sent me an email to inform me that they would be doing automatic renewal. How in this world is that any way of conducting business? I never authorized such structure my entire dealing with them.
Very disappointed in the service that was provided. I wanted to speak with Mark to make changes to my trust and was transferred to Jonathan who wouldn’t give me the time of day. If Mark is not going to be available to his clients he needs to let his clients know. We should be able to choose to stay or give our business to someone else.
