D. Rep DeLoach III

We were greeted with very friendly staff and found out that everyone at the office were helpful and knowledgeable. D. Rep DeLoach III listened and answered our concerns and questions. He also gave us additional information on wills that we hadn't thought of. He was friendly, responsive and supportive. We will be using him and the office again for all of our legal needs.

D. Rep DeLoach III and his staff helped us with our will several months ago. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My dad died and I had a question about his will and probate. I called and talked with April. She was easy to talk to and supportive. April understood my questions and was very knowledgeable. We emailed and called several times in order to get her all the information she needed. She forwarded this information to D. Rep DeLoach who was out of town. They answered my questions very promptly. Faster than I thought they would. Very happy with the outcome.

I spoke with April and she was a huge help! She explained everything to me that I needed to know and then some. I am very appreciative of her assistance and follow through.

April really helped me a lot on questions I had. She was very responsive with a lot of good information for me.

April provided support and advice at a really complicated time with my father’s passing. She volunteered her own time after hours on a seemingly time sensitive matter to ultimately advise me on avoiding probate - full knowing her firm could not take my case in Broward Co. The best part wasn’t even the giving of her own time…it was how well she explained it and help me identify more powerful choices! April, you’ve restored my faith in humanity and that people care beyond the “almighty” (but still somewhat important) dollar. —JD

Working with D. Rep DeLoach III and his team was an absolute blessing. I was only 39, at my worst moment after the loss of two parents and they took such care and expertise guiding me and handling various matters of the estate. I thought living out of state would make things more difficult, but they made everything so easy/simplified and had my back the entire process. They were very thorough and detailed with all aspects. Their referrals for other matters were also just as polite and professional. I cannot express how grateful I am to Rep, Lorry and the entire team for being there for me. I consider them part of my family now and will forever be grateful to have had such wonderful folks during such a dark time of my life. Even though I live out of state, I praise them personally and professionally to everyone I know.

I was really impressed with the compassion and friendliness of the office staff as I started with phone calls and questions. Then had appt. w/ Rep DeLoach with my Mom. He listened to our concerns. He was very compassionate. helped us through all we needed. And answered more questions. And offered future assistance when and if needed. And re assured us. He can and will help. I would recommend Rep and his staff to anyone friends and family. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate. And came to me highly recommended.

I worked with Rep on issues facing my elderly parents and he was awesome. Responsive to my questions and emails and very generous with his time. I would definitely recommend him.
