Phillips Law Firm is a law firm with an office in Seattle, WA. At this office location, there are 17 lawyers practicing personal injury, medical malpractice, bankruptcy and 3 other areas of law.
I needed the services of a bankruptcy attorney and I saw several ads on tv for this firm. The first time I called I reached someone and they took my information in a timely manor and seemed polite. I went through many different steps with them most of them not pleasant at all. Overall I did not receive quality service and would not recommend them for legal services. I did not get personal service from my attorney and I don't think it was worth the money I paid. Overall I would not recommend them
I hired them for my work injury claim and I regret it .. a waste of 4yrs of my life , they did not defend ,fight or help me in any way. I had asked to speak with my attorney and got the run around ,when I finally found the name of who the attorney was , Chris Roberts ..lol is not even a workers compensation attorney or know anything about injuries . He's a data analyst..lol And the paralegal badmouthed me to my claims manager , didn't do anything about any of the concerns I had , transportation difficulties, didn't help or guide me to any resources that could help me , nobody read or understood the surgery reports , the medical condition, treatment recommendations, and or of the future health decline if treatment isn't authorized. It took for me to say I wanted to harm myself to the workforce lady ,who then called officers to my apartment but it took that to get the claims manager and paralegal to pay me something before I ended up homeless. They re not your friends
Horrible across the board. They don't contact you. Keep you updated and when you start to be assertive they push you further out of the loop. They also NEVER meet deadlines that they set....just disappear more. Do some research and save yourself some time and hassle by calling anyone else.
I could not get any of my request, concerns answered. I believe they are overwhelmed and understaffed in this field of the law.
