My wife and I approached Paul for a marriage based permanent residency application. And we decided to hire Paul after our initial consult. Paul was straight forward, very knowledgeable and transparent about the whole process. Paul was there from beginning till the final interview guiding us at every step, taking care of any renewals that need to be filed and promptly answering our questions through emails or virtual means even during COVID times. His communications are short but precise – no fluff, no room for misinterpretation. I see that as him being efficient. Paul called-in via telephone for our actual interview at the local office (he must like Spokane or something) and you could tell he has done this a thousand times with how he interacted with the interviewer. Our interview went off without a hitch.

If you are wondering this lawyer is good enough or not, I will tell you this, I don’t like to leave reviews, and I am lazy to write review. But I am leaving my experience here since Paul is truly amazing as a lawyer and person himself. He helped us through the whole procedure, his response was quick and clear always, whenever we have questions he is there for us. Don’t even mention that he was really patient with us even when we made stupid decisions. If you need a lawyer talk to Paul, If you have Paul on your side then just take his advise and follow his direction. The case went well and smooth all the way to the end. I will recommend Paul to all of my family and friends who needs his service. And in the future when we need his service we will go back to him, he is my first choice.

Mr. Choquette greatly helped my husband and I through our Green Card application process. We had originally planned to submit our application without any assistance, but after looking through the paperwork, we were worried that we may make mistakes that would cause our application to be denied.
