Cameron Fleury has represented me in family law matters since 2020, and throughout that time he has been consistently professional, prepared, and thoughtful. He brings extensive experience to his work, including many years practicing family law and prior service as a court-appointed commissioner, which shows in his understanding of court procedure and strategy. Cameron takes the time to explain options clearly, is responsive to questions, and is always well prepared. I felt confident at every stage of the process knowing my case was being handled carefully and thoroughly. What stands out most is his professionalism and compassion—he understands how difficult family law matters can be and treats clients with respect and care. He was dependable, easy to work with, and provided steady guidance throughout my case. I would strongly recommend Cameron to anyone seeking an experienced and reliable family law attorney.
Dave is the best attorney. In his profile, Dave talks about putting in better work than the other guy, and he absolutely does. Given his experience and his intelligence, Dave can almost always identify what to read from your case history (I had a decade-long case history). He can accurately assess what the decision maker will receive as important, relevant, and how much they can process. I am lucky that Dave accepted my case. I say that because he only accepts some cases, those requiring his expertise. His professionalism, integrity, and ethical values were all demonstrated during my work with him. To share: Dave does not waste time; does not stir the pot; cares about you and your kids; focuses on resolving the issues. He charges what he does because he applies his knowledge, intelligence, and experience to get the best possible outcome! Dave got my family the best possible outcome. He was the last attorney who helped wrap up a decade-long litigation that others were just not able to.
I hired Casey to help with my divorce, parenting plan/ custody and obtaining the stimulus checks that my ex-husband took from the children. I am so glad that I had Casey and his team by my side, representing me. They worked diligently this past year to close my case and through the entire process they listened to what I had to say, understood what I wanted and gave me honest feedback. I can honestly say that Casey and his team cared about me and about my children. Through the whole process Casey thought about my children and what was best for them. We won my case and my ex-husband walked away happy too. It was a win win for everyone! Best attorney and team ever!!!
I teach lawyers all across the country how to run their businesses and how to create an excellent client experience. When I had to hire a divorce attorney I turned to Teresa Foster. 1. Teresa, her paralegal Chriss Elliott and attorney Faye Breitreed are the top 1% in communication gold standards! 2. Teresa and her team set the standards for ethical, smart and well reasoned representation. The judges know she isn't going to play shenanigans, not going to stretch the truth or take advantage. She is a straight shooter who always treats the opposition with respect. Her reputation is stellar. Whether you know it or not, this Does have an effect in court. 3. Remember to thank Chriss and her team, they are absolutely in your corner and they feel your pain. They make you look good in court and they never miss a beat. I've literally never seen a better paralegal in my work across the country with thousands of law firms.
Jamie and her team at McKinley Irvin are total experts with family law. I've dealt with a lot of family law attorneys over the past year and a half, so I have a diverse perspective on this. Frankly, the majority I've worked with were unethical, untrustworthy, or just disinterested in actually following the law, but not Jamie and her team. I do not state this lightly.
She doesn't back down even under a lot of stress on tough cases, and her fees were very reasonable. Highly recommended.
Casey Sanders represented myself in a post educational support case and he did an exceptional job from beginning to end. He kept me informed as the case progressed and gave his excellent advise with my many questions. Nothing was ever sugar coated but instead he gave me accurate information as to how we should respond to every issue. Casey did everything he said he would and did his very best representing me. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone in need of family law questions to him.
Casey did a great job handling the parenting plan revision. He was honest and a did a great job stating the facts and laying out all the different options. He was very efficient and a good value for the money I paid. I appreciate his help.

Hired Law Firm
*1/5 Stars - Avoid This Firm Unless You Have Deep Pockets* I would strongly advise against hiring MCKINLEY IRVIN for your divorce proceedings. My experience with this firm was extremely disappointing and left me feeling exploited. The costs associated with their services are exorbitant, with tens of thousands of dollars required upfront. For the hefty price tag, I expected a high level of service and expertise. Unfortunately, what I got was subpar. The lawyers failed to provide clear answers to my questions, leaving me confused and uncertain throughout the process. Instead of guiding me through the necessary steps, they shifted tasks onto me, only to bill me for their supposed "review" of my work. Much of the work they requested was unnecessary and never utilized. Even after the divorce was finalized, I was left in the dark on how to utilize my divorce documents. You'd think that for the substantial fees paid, they would provide some level of post-divorce support.
I hired Hillary for my divorce, and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. She showed a serious lack of preparation and legal strategy, often hoping for the best instead of planning for worst-case scenarios. This left me exposed against aggressive opposing counsel. In court, she was ineffective and unable to advocate forcefully on my behalf. She struggled to challenge the opposing attorney, which was alarming to witness as a client. Communication was inefficient and expensive. Simple questions rarely received direct answers and instead turned into long explanations that quickly ran up billable hours. Documents frequently contained errors and required multiple revisions, adding unnecessary cost. Overall, this experience was stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring her.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
