Hired Attorney Julia Swain

If you need a tepid bowl of vanilla pudding standing up for your interests, Ms. Swain is the Jell-O for you! Always diving for the path of least resistance, all the fight of a Beanie Baby, and never afraid to look out for your antagonist’s interests, Ms. Swain was an absolute disaster as an advocate. Certainly could’ve found a less expensive way to have someone be utterly disinterested. Would only recommend Ms. Swain to people I didn’t like.

There will be a billboard going up in sept.50 peopLe will wear a very special message at the court house in sept on their shirts and 1000 bumper stickers will be passed out with a very special message .....ALSO A WEBSITE WILL BE BUILT AND IT WILL BE LAWYERS NOT TO USE ....just thank neil livisky ............i am not kidding ps ..a story will appear in the paper....

Very unprofessional, didn't prepare the case and just wanted money, failed to show pictures and call a witness....could of done better my self...he's got rocks in his head

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
