Working with Mr. Sposto was the best decision I could have made. Before finding Sposto Law, I hired another firm and was extremely disappointed. Everything that they did not do for me, Mr. Sposto did and in a very timely matter. He was not only in touch with me on a constant basis but also explained things indepth. He made sure I knew what was going on with my case and what each part meant. I can not give him and his team enough praise! I would recommend Sposto Law to everyone and anyone who wants a lawyer who is competent, trustworthy, personable and to get things done.

Attorney Sposto has been with us every step of the way through the immigration process for my wife. From visa to green card and finally to citizenship he has consistently made sure that not only her paperwork was prepared perfectly, but that we were prepared for the process and what it entailed. Ernie Sposto is not just an outstanding lawyer, he is a compassionate, caring man. He never rushed us, and always took the time not only to explain everything but to make sure that we were comfortable with the process. Matters were handled promptly, and he was always happy to set aside time to go over any questions we might have. I was so pleased with how well he handled the immigration that I also had him take care of some real estate work I needed help with. He gave that the same care and attention that he gave everything else. We would give Ernie our highest recommendation without any hesitation at all. He gave us total peace of mind throughout the entire process.

We contacted lawyers all over the state hoping to find someone to assist us with a specialized immigration issue regarding naming discrepancies. Not only was Ernie one of the few to respond, he took a genuine interest in our case and its many subtleties. Once he fully understood what we were asking for and after he had researched the legal precedent, we filed in Lackawanna County and reached the desired result in under two weeks. The fees were reasonable and we're extremely happy with the result.

My husband and I were looking for an immigration lawyer and were discouraged because after reaching out to several attorneys, we could not find a good match for us. That is when a friend recommended Mr. Sposto. From the 1st call, Mr. Sposto was knowledgeable and professional. So much so that we decided to hire him for a non-immigration related matter, which was the best decision. Mr. Sposto prepares every detail of every case for a successful outcome. I would definitely recommend him!

Ernie sposto was absolutely incredible. He left no stone unturned in the paperwork, and Immigration Application process. He notified my wife and I immediatelly of any information, paperwork or notifications from Homeland Security and Immigration. We were always in the loop and prepared for each step of the process by Attorney Sposto. Our children recieved their interview within 5 months of application and a Visa shortly thereafter. We have recommended Atty. sposto to friends and colleagues.
