Nancy writes her own 5 star reviews. All are similar and say that she is a “godsend”. She is the opposite. Deceitful, dishonest, and obnoxious. Do not pay her one cent. Her brother is. judge and she rides his coattails and abuses her position. She is AWFUL!
Nancy Barrasse is the sister of Judge Michael Barrasse and exploits his judicial authority to abuse her authority for the Guardianship program. She falsifies documents and falsifies testimony on official record under the blanketed protection of her brother. She is being sued for Rico crimes at the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, see Feinberg v Evan’s 402 MD 2024.

She was not my lawyer, but my father and brothers. My father who is manipulated by his son and daughter-in-law, begged Nancy to cancel a guardianship on his wife, (my mother) my father said, “I don’t want my wife’s rights taken away”. “I want this guardianship case cancelled”, he begged her. She said “No Bill, your wife’s rights wont be taken away”, she lied. I was there when he called her, with my own ears, she said to him “No Bill, this is so your daughter doesn’t steal all your money”. She would not cancel this guardianship even though it was full of lies, and she went on hear-say of what my brother and his narcissistic wife had to say. Shame on her, for the things she said, to my Dad and YES, Nancy I heard it all and it is instilled in my mind. She then proceeded weeks later with a 3 1/2 hour shakedown, begging my mother to make a deal, my mother would not give in to her demands. This happened in 2019 and I will fight for the truth and justice my mom so deserves!
If there was a negative choose of stars I would have chosen it. Nancy “handled” my late mothers estate and will probate. I think the only thing that was handled was me and my siblings. We never received a copy of her will and absolutely no communication whatsoever. She never responded to any correspondence whatsoever. Even though this was during Covid-19 there is no chance of getting infected via phone call or email. This lasted for almost three years. There is absolutely no reason for taking this long to probate a fairly simple will. Not only did we have to pay her we had to hire another lawyer to get any answers from her and to handle the distribution. In my opinion Nancy Barrasse should be investigated by the Pennsylvania Bar Association. I would NEVER recommend her to go near any legal matters.

I hired Her to take care of my Legal matters with a Situation concerning my responsibility in taking care of my Aunts Estate. I gave her all of the paperwork involved in the case and she disappeared after a few sessions. I continue to get a 45,000 dollar bill from the Nursing Home my Aunt was in. This is because the paperwork she was supposed to file for Medicaid was never filed. The nursing Home could not reach her for a year with the question as to whether the paperwork was filed.
Would give negative stars if I could. I hired Ms Barrasse to explain the legalese of the trust my father set up for my sisters and me as an inheritance upon his passing. She arrived at our phone appointment without previously reading the trust, wasting both of our time yet billing $250/hour. She said she would follow up with her findings within a month and never did. Never returned any of my many calls and emails. Ended up charging my credit card $600 for her time but never gave me any help or information. I mailed a certified letter asking for the return of my original trust paperwork and a good conscience return of money paid and have still received zero reply. She banked on my grief and I feel that is unforgivable.
I have made several calls with no return call. It has been a year since I have retained Nancy Barrasse as my legal adviser. Now, I am back where I started .
