Hired Law Firm

I have been a client of Owens & Perkins for the last 6 years. During that time I have had the opportunity to work different lawyers. Each of the lawyers at Owens & Perkins are highly competent in their area, they provide clear and accurate advice, they are insightful and they are even cost conscious for the benefit of their clients. Michelle has represented me on many various business issues over the last 6 years and she also prepared my estate plan to protect my family. She is always right on point, identifies the issues, the best solution and puts the plan in action. As a business owner is it imperative to have competent legal counsel that you can turn to to get your questions and business problems resolved quickly. Michelle is amazing, particularly when compared to the other lawyers I used in the past. Never again.

Hired Law Firm

I have been affiliated with Owens and Perkins since 2003. We have used their services for various legal matters and advice. They have been nothing but professional and honest with their services; this is a must for legal representation in my eyes. They have always been there for myself and my family whenever their services were needed. I have referred many people to their law firm because I believe in them. They are a well-rounded law firm dealing in many areas which is very helpful.

Hired Attorney Michelle J. Perkins Esq.

When filing for my divorce, I represented myself through mediation with the intent of saving money in attorneys fees. After the divorce was final, I discovered details of my divorce decree had left me with undesirable consequences. I sought legal counsel with Michelle, who informed me of various issues that could have been cleared or avoided had I hired her from the beginning to handle my divorce. In hindsight, I would recommend hiring Michelle, an attorney who can do it right from the beginning

In 2009 my family and I hit a wide range of legal problems. We faced foreclosure, short sale, debt restructuring, post divorce proceedings and a family member passing away. Each of the Attorneys at Owens & Perkins were very knowledgeable, compassionate and gave us advice that made sense and that we could follow. It was very comforting to have all of our problems being solved at one firm and it made everything a lot easier at such a difficult time. From all of us, thank you for caring.

I only learned about Owens & Perkins in the last year, year and half. In that time, they have provided invaluable legal advice.
