About Michelle J. Perkins, Esq.

Michelle J. Perkins was admitted to the bar in 1994 and practiced solo for two years before co-founding Owens & Perkins with her grandfather, C.D. Owens. Over 23 years, they built a multigenerational family-law practice in Arizona—Mr. Owens retiring after an extraordinary 68-year legal career in 2017. Ms. Perkins specializes in family law, estate planning, and probate, representing clients whose families have trusted the firm since 1967. Under her leadership, the firm celebrated its 55th anniversary in 2022. An active member of the Arizona Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Successful Women Owners Network, she is recognized for innovation, growth, and community service. I can't thank Michelle enough for her compassion, dedication, professionalism, wisdom and guidance. 2009 was a tough year for me and my family. Michelle was always there to help us with all of our problems every step of the way. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I have used Michelle Perkins for personal, business and family legal problems. She was able to do everything she said she would do, in a timely manner, and she got the results we wanted. Due to her dedication and high ability to solve problems, we were well taken care of and felt very comfortable in her hands. Michelle has personally handled our cases and done so with the highest standards.
