I reached out to Damon after interviewing at least 5 other attorneys and immediately I felt he was straight forward, honest and did not try to get me to sign up immediately like the other did, I explained the circumstances of my high velocity speeding ticket he did not promise to get it dropped like the other did he just explained in detail how the system works and that he would be there from beginning to end even if I had to go to trial, and he would try his best to have it dismissed, I respect honesty and we went ahead with my defense, through the process he kept me very well informed and walked with me every step until it was completely dismissed, he is in my speed dial not just because I might need him again (hope not) but because I trust him as a friend. Thanks to Damon my driving record still clean after so many years.

I needed a lawyer to fight my case. My case was not easy whatsoever, there was little to no hope I had in winning this case alone. I managed to find Damon’s law firm through google and I don’t regret it one bit. He helped fight for my case for roughly 6 months, and not for one moment did he think about giving up. He won a case most others wouldn’t even get close to winning. Really satisfied with Damon’s work. He will not disappoint. Definitely recommending him to anyone that needs help fighting a case!

This lawyer Damon Petrehn made things work out much easier than we could have done , he know what he was doing and he kept us informed all the way. We were able to keep in contact with text and emails and he came to court with us each time so we felt better having him there . We would hire him again in a heartbeat

I would highly recommend Mr. Petrehn. He kept me informed throughout the case. And was able to enter a plea agreement reducing my criminal speeding to a civil speeding.
