She was rather unresponsive and vague in answering my questions. She appeared to have an agenda which did not match my needs in this divorce. She seemed to always have other priorities. I felt that she did not have my best interests upper most when dealing with me or in court. She was always very curt and seemed to me that I was more trouble than worth to her almost that I was an annoyance to her.
Claudia is not an ethical BIA. FRom the beginning she failed to respond to 4 emails. My next dealing with her was at my residence where she stated many things but in court she stated the complete opposite. Claudia lied under oath to the judge during a hearing I motioned for. From the very first court appearance she collaborated with the opposing party's counsel. Would not provide me with information requested of her in my case. Per an admission of the opposite party she took a side in the case and went about doing unethical and unprofessional work. Claudia is unworthy of being a person who is assigned to look out for the best interests of a minor child. She cannot be trusted to be an unbiased professional. She cannot be trusted to speak the truth or provide information to corroborate her statements made in court. I would not recommend this individual or her work to anyone who is a party in a family law proceeding.
