We met Joe when we lived in the same subdivision in Mesa, AZ. We had him update our wills. He explained everything thoroughly and his fee was reasonable. We moved to Florida five years ago but recently bought an AZ house as a rental property. I remembered that AZ has a "transfer on death" designation and wanted that for our investment property so contacted Joe. He agreed to prepare and file the TOD and did so promptly for a reasonable fee. It was great peace of mind for me and my husband. I only wish the Florida attorney we had used was half as competent and professional as Joe Udall!

Meeting Joe six years ago at a networking event was the only positive thing that came out of my attendance at that event. He crafted my estate plan while educating me on my options. Five years later he updated everything for me. He is always responsive to emails or phone calls and patiently re-explains things to me when I forget.

Jo is efficient and does not waste time, which I find valuable in not wasting money. He get's straight to the point, and helps you know exactly what the best course of action to take is. He can decipher complex cases, and makes sense of confusing documents. He's an expert in the field and great to work with. I really appreciated his sense of humor which made meeting with him enjoyable in what might have otherwise been a drab situation.

Joseph Udall was recommended to us by a friend and truly it is the best recommendation we have ever gotten. We needed to update by parents' trust and wills, which were a little complicated and out of date. My parents are older and were nervous about the process. Joseph was patient, kind, and took pains to explain everything in a way that my parents both understood and felt comfortable with. His office worked quickly and communicated clearly. We wish we could tell everyone looking for a firm how great our experience was.

After a close family member passed away, I was informed that I would need to open a probate. Not knowing anything about the process I retained the services of Joe Udall.
