First off all I do not write reviews.But, in this case I have to express my self and let you know how amazing is Joseph Villanueva.I was issued a speeding ticket going 98/55 facing 11 points from the get go and probably suspension.I contact joe and tell him what has happened on that day ,he listening carefully and patiently to every word I said . Then he told me I will represent you and get you a 0-4 points plus a fine .Long story short ,the day of the hearing I was on my way to the court which was schedule for 4:30 pm .He called me before 4:00 pm and told me I got you a 0 point and a littering ticket. Let me repeat my self (0 point) and a littering ticket.To me ,this is not only professionalism and been an amazing lawyer .I told him that his an angel sent to me from heaven. To all of you out there looking for a lawyer who won't accept any plea that does not benefit you the client , he will keep fighting to the end with that tenacity , devotion to get you result.Joe is the man!

I had received a speeding ticket in February on the NYS Thruway that would have added points to my license. I live in Virginia and wouldn’t be able to appear in court. Mr. Villanueva took my case and got my ticket reduced and I paid a fine. It took 7 months for resolution due to COVID 19, but he came through for me. I would recommend him to help with any legal issues.

My Daughter got a speeding ticket in upstate NY. It was a 4 point ticket,Usually I take care of these tickets by showing up and pleading not guilty and hope to get it knocked down to a 3 pointer, I called Joseph Villanueva because of the distance, work and my daughter school schedule. His fee was more than reasonable, He got the ticket down to a 0 point offense. I could not be more happy about the outcome, hopefully I don't need Joseph anymore but I do have 3 late teenagers and high insurance so if I do I will definitely call for his service again, Highly recommend
