WARNING: The Eichholz Law Firm Betrayed Me & Will Betray You Too! Do NOT trust David Eichholz or his firm! They sabotaged my case, ignored deadlines, and protected their legal buddies instead of fighting for me. They let my discovery deadline expire without filing motions, refused to collect key evidence, and intentionally omitted critical information from filings to shield opposing counsel. For months, they ignored my emails and refused to provide my own case documents. David Eichholz allowed a conflict of interest to remain intact without sharing this information with his client or doing anything to resolve it until his client discovered it himself this is deliberate malpractice. If you value your case, stay FAR AWAY from The Eichholz Law Firm. They will betray you when it matters most.
