Gabrielson Law Offices has for decades devoted its practice to helping injured people. We have enjoyed accolades and a number of "firsts" along the way, but we are always guided by our primary mission to provide compassionate assistance to people who have been injured due to the wrongful conduct of third parties.

Professional Accreditation

Stephen Gabrielson was awarded certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association in 1992, and was awarded certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1997. Approximately 1% of Minnesota attorneys have been awarded both certifications.

NAOPIA

The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, Inc. (NAOPIA) recently announced that Stephen Gabrielson has been chosen to receive the organization’s TOP 10 ATTORNEY award in the state of Minnesota. NAOPIA was established in 2013 with the primary goal of discovering and recognizing the top 10 personal injury attorneys in each state. The attorneys who make the NAOPIA TOP 10 list must be nominated and then verified to meet the minimum requirements of membership in NAOPIA. Fifty nominated attorneys are chosen by the selection committee, with 10 attorneys then selected by the Board of Governors.

The National Trial Lawyers

Top 100 is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state or region who meet stringent qualifications as civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense trial lawyers. Selection is based on a thorough multi-phase objective and uniformly applied process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. Membership is extended only to the select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state or region who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature and public profile.

AMERICAN REGISTRY

The American Registry catalogs the accolades of attorneys around the country. These ratings and awards are given by trusted professional organizations, peers, judiciary, media and clients. Hired Attorney Stephen Gabrielson

I am so thankful that I chose Steve Gabrielson as my attorney to help me as I worked through the challenges following my injury. Steve is such a sincere man and he has tremendous compassion. He has assembled a fantastic team. They all worked hard and kept my case organized as it developed. Because my case involved a head injury it was difficult for me to keep all of the dates and requirements organized. His law office did all of that work with my best interest in mind. He and his staff were a lifeboat for me when I was adrift following my accident. Their hard work and compassion saved me and my family. Thank you Steve.

Hired Attorney Stephen Gabrielson

When I realized how hurt I was from the automobile accident and knew I needed help dealing with my insurance company it was time to call an attorney. A good friend of mine recommended Stephen because Stephen was extremely knowledgeable and passionate for helping people in need. I gave them a call and spoke with Erin to get the ball rolling and she also shared Stephen’s passion and willingness to help and what ever she didn’t know she would find out and or have Stephen answer. Dealing with both Erin and Stephen literally saved my life, my home and my family. I know that although left with some impairments from the accident my family would have suffered even more with the loss of everything we’ve worked so hard for. Bottom line is that Stephen and his staff will work hard for you so that you can get your life back to as normal as it possibly can be. I’m know in my heart that we could not have done it with out them. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs help after an accident.
