In trying to deal with the complicated process of applying for and obtaining Medicaid, Teresa and her staff were very professional. The initial consultation and then the entire process went smoothly. Every step of the way was explained to me. Each time something new came up, they took care of it quickly and made it so much easier for me. I am so pleased that I was referred to her and strongly recommend her and have recommended her to others.

I have been a client of Teresa Bowman for several years and feel so secure knowing I can rely on her and her associate, Rachel Schadt, to guide me through the many legal issues involved with estate planning and my care as I get older. I feel confident my children will be in good hands when the time comes to settle my estate or if I am in need of care in the future. Both Teresa and Rachel are warm, caring and down-to-earth as well as very knowledgeable in all areas of Elder Law. They are diligent in making sure all of my legal paperwork is up-to-date with the most current regulations. Everyone I have dealt with in Teresa's office is very friendly and makes me feel they care about me as a person. I highly recommend this law firm.

I had another lawyer help me with estate planning, and only be semi-knowledgeable about these things I trusted his advice. Then he had some troubles which made me question his advice. I asked Teresa if she could review my documents and advise if everything was ok. We met, she went over everything, answered all my questions and suggested a couple of changes that would have impacted future distribution. I knew up front what the cost would be, it did not change, there were no “hidden” fees. Her staff was easy to work with and very professional, they even have covid precautions in place. I’m happy I asked Teresa for help and advice, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again
