Hired Attorney Mr. Philip Schipani

Phillip was great that he did do some web-conferencing with me as my ex-husband kept wanting me to come back to Florida to do more mediation,but I lived in Colorado. Other than that,I did everything for myself. He didn't fight at all. I got stuck with alimony, full child support and dual custody of my child. Her father still doesn't have a job, doesn't pay child support and it's been almost 2 years. Philip schipani may be great for someone who has a cut and dry divorce, but nothing complicated

SAVE YOURSELF THE 630$ AN HOUR AND FIND A LAWYER THAT WILL ACTUALLY BE INVESTED IN AND DETERMINED TO ACTUALLY WIN YOUR COURT CASES.** $4,000 down the drain for no representation in court. Coming from someone that ACTUALLY cares, save yourself the 4k and look for a different lawyer before even considering this one.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
