Now, 6 years after my divorce that Richard Ellis handled - and after having met with 3 different lawyers and paying them for their interpretation on my alimony clause - each shared that they were shocked that I signed such a poor agreement. After researching the legal mousetraps used by both sides, I would not recommend using Richard Ellis for legal advice, opinions, or processing of anything.
