I would highly recommend hiring Berlin law firm just to have a chance to work with Tom. Tom met all expectations and then some. Going into my case i had no idea what to expect bc I have never been involved in any kind of litigation much less one that would determine the fate of my livelihood for the last 21 years! Tom was always straight forward knowledgeable and honest with me. Heck if I asked a question that fell outside the comp law he made a point to research and give me the best advice possible! Tom delta with the days I was irritated and said things I know I shouldn't have but he walked me through things I didnt understand and never complained. He's patient, determined, respectful, but most of all a straight shooter. Tom never appeared to lead me on and give any false hope.
