I have had the great pleasure of having Ms. Mogensen represent me and my family members in unfortunate times. When asked for referrals she is the first lawyer I recommend. I always say I hope I won't need her again in the future but I know she will be there if I need her and she always is. Never seen a more dedicated or harder working attorney for their clients. Over the past year, I have needed representation in areas Ms. Mogensen does not practice and I am 1000% convinced that law school now only teaches marketing to lawyers, make a great pitch, and sell yourself, once you have the money who gives a damn what happens to the client. It doesn't matter if you are a $100 case or a $10,000 case you can bet the farm that Ms. Mognesen is going to work hard for you. She never sugar-coats anything and you know upfront what to expect and what the possible outcomes may be. She is not going to make promises she can't keep or guarantee victory just for your case.
