I have had the great pleasure of having Ms. Mogensen represent me and my family members in unfortunate times. When asked for referrals she is the first lawyer I recommend. I always say I hope I won't need her again in the future but I know she will be there if I need her and she always is. Never seen a more dedicated or harder working attorney for their clients. Over the past year, I have needed representation in areas Ms. Mogensen does not practice and I am 1000% convinced that law school now only teaches marketing to lawyers, make a great pitch, and sell yourself, once you have the money who gives a damn what happens to the client.
