Hired Attorney Mark D. Davis

Mr. Davis is efficient and more than competent. He did his research before the trial and referenced a case from just one month before the trial date. He defended my civil suit very well and we won on merit of our defense. He is not inexpensive and did not waste time on small talk. His billing is appropriate for the time spent. I have nothing but praises for him and if you are looking for a real estate dispute attorney, I strongly recommend him to you.

Hired Attorney William J. Dunaway

Besides being a thorough and skilled lawyer, Mr. Dunaway has maintained proper decorum in dealing with the less-than-respectful opposing attorneys. My hat is off to him and I highly recommend him to anyone needing good legal counsel.

Mr. Dunaway defended us in our law suit with the City of Gulf Breeze. He was completely knowledgeable about the law involving our case and presented this to the judge in a professional manner. He was a blessing to have representing us and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

Will Dunaway has been one of THE most professional attorneys I have ever
dealt with in the past 40 years ( & I have hired many) I am a Real Estate
Broker and Investor from Louisiana & Will was highly recommended to me
when I needed a Florida attorney quickly for an involved case involving
