On July 17, 2009 I told Melinda Bailey that I was afraid I would not recognize Mr. Baskin in court on July 21, 2009 since I had no idea what he looked like. On July 21, 2009 Mr. Baskin appeared in court totally unprepared even though, between the 9th of July 09 and the 20th, I had send him 29 e-mails, photos and had dropped off a video at 8:15 am, on July 20, 2009. It took $300,000 and 5years to clear up the mess Mr. Baskin created.
