GG& F accomplished their goals and ultimately case settled far better than initial offering from insurance company. I do not think any attorney can make Workman's Comp pleasant. To this end, be sure you are in it for the long haul. My case took 8 years....2 years after the first hearing in a courtroom without legal counsel. There are times where you have to self advocate to move things along. Trust your attorney and be prepared for some mind bending games.
My case took 8 years to resolve due to a broken worker's comp system. While my settlement was worth a lot to me it cost Ghitterman Ghitterman & Feld more to represent me than my case was worth. I will always be grateful to them for thier representation and commitment to seeing my case through. Thank you!
This is the worst law firm. They did not represent me properly and after I asked hard questions they tried to trop me without proper notice. Stay away from these lawyers. They will do nothing to represent you and take your money. I did all the work for them.
