Drobny, who had been practicing in these same areas of the law since 1980. DROBNY LAW OFFICES, INC.'s main office is in Sacramento, California and has satellite offices in San Ramon and Stockton. I became a widow in March after losing my husband. Not only was I dealing with emotions and grief, but was inundated with Life Insurance, IRAs, Partnership, etc. I was guided towards Mark Drobny's firm for his professionalism. And I am so glad I made this choice. He was very compassionate and helped me with everything. He gave me financial information and helped update my living trust. Mark Drobny created our Will & Trust documents. He was personable, funny & thorough. He asked lots of questions & offered possible scenarios regarding our questions. After setting up the trust framework in the initial appointment, he gathered our financial institutions & real property information to properly notify each of the primary & contingent beneficiaries. In one instance, the financial institution only accepted on line changes. He provided exact instructions to make changes & asked that we provided him with a screenshot of those changes to put in our office file. He had every single document lined up for signature & worked like a well oiled machine to execute each. He’s a notary & was able to execute & witness everything right then & there. Our bound documents were returned to us just a few days after the signing. He also included emergency contact cards regarding our medical power of attorney wishes — these were for our wallets & cars. Very nice! Pick him to do yours.

Mark S Drobny has been my living trust attorney since 2007. I updated my trust in 2024. In the years that I have dealt with this law firm, all of their work has been high quality. The firm's personnel have consistently been knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I've found that they are especially adept at solving problems and offering solutions that I would not have thought of on my own. The firm provides periodic email updates regarding changes in law that might affect my trust. They seem to be committed to providing ongoing support to all customers, without charge, to avert future surprises in the living trusts they provide. I give Mark S Drobny my highest recommendation.

When I needed to update my will and trusts, Mr. Drobny was my first contact because he is trusted by my husband. The process was very efficient, with drafts emailed to me quickly, corrections made promptly by office staff who sent friendly emails whenever questions occurred. Mr. Drobny is easy to talk with, answered my questions clearly, and his questions to me clarified choices to be made.
