About Randall R. Walton

Randy Walton is a highly respected personal injury lawyer in San Diego's North County who takes cases throughout Southern California. At Walton Law Firm he represents clients in a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases. Regardless of the size of the case, or the magnitude of the harm, Mr. Walton believes strongly that those harmed by the negligence or carelessness of others deserve justice for their injuries. As a result, he has collected millions of dollars for personal injury victims and wrongful death heirs.

A significant part of Mr. Walton's practice is also dedicated to the prosecution of custodial care facilities for elders and dependent adults, including nursing homes (skilled nursing facilities), residential care facilities, and assisted living facilities, including home health care, in cases involving the physical abuse and neglect of the elderly and dependent adults. The neglect and abuse of our elders (and dependent adults) is a growing concern in the United States, and Mr. Walton is dedicated to helping those who have been victimized by neglect or abuse. Mr. Walton is member of the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care.

Mr. Walton also dedicates a significant amount of time to his community. In November of 2018 he was elected to the San Marcos City Council, and for 10 years previous to that he served as a member of the Governing Board of the San Marcos Unified School District, a school district that serves over 20,000 students. He also is the founder of the San Marcos Promise, an organization dedicated to providing pathways and tuition assistance to college-bound students. He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership North County, a program provided by California State University San Marcos, and has been active in local youth sports for many years. He currently coaches the San Marcos High surf team. In his free time, Mr. Walton enjoys surfing, hiking, and spending time with his family.

I reached out to Walton Law Firm to get some advice after I was getting the run around from an insurance company in a claim that I made. Randy Walton took my call, heard my story, and then gave me some really helpful suggestions to help me fight back on my own. Mr. Walton made me feel really comfortable, and explained to me how these insurance companies think. While I didn't have a case that his firm would take, he helped coach me through it and he didn't charge me for his time. How nice is that? We are lucky to have lawyers like Mr. Walton in North County.

Randy and Luke were invaluable to us, representing us in my mother’s wrongful death lawsuit. They are professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Their care and thoughtfulness toward us during an emotional time made a difficult process so much more comfortable and easy for us. Finding a parent dead at a Rehab Center can be devastating and emotional tragic life event that no one should go through. This was the only firm where the actual Attorney was the first contact. The Walton team (Randy, Luke & Sarah) were amazing, honest and supportive. They did all the hard work for the best outcome that could be expected when a family is fighting a big corporation. In our experience we can honestly say that they are the "BEST" Legal Eagles in the County and we are grateful.
