Atty James McKiernan is working hard to help me. My case is going to be a challenge due to the nature of the accident and the damage it caused. A drunk driver penetrated an 8' retaining wall destroying the majority of my patio and everything on it. There was costly damage to the exterior of my house. Although I was hurt directly, I injured my neck while trying to run out of my bedroom. I know the first thing everyone says is "my neck". I'm older with a metal plate in my neck.
