I was surprised when my wife of 27 years wanted a divorce. The woman I spent my life adoring, chose to hate me beyond comprehension. My ex-wife, who worked at a prestigious San Jose Law firm was now on a non negotiable mission to destroy me. She is a very busy attorney but still she gave me her complete attention and answered all of questions clearly. First, I should start by saying this review is long overdue, which I feel really bad about considering how much Eva helped me. I was referred to Eva by a good friend who she represented over the years. His exact words were, "if you need a lawyer, let me know, I can reach out to my lawyer, she has been helping me for years. She's excellent....excellent." He sent her an email to tell her about my situation and she responded right away. The next day, Eva was booked in court all day, but she still made time to fit me in which I appreciated more than I can even say. She called me at 6 am and I knew right away why my friend recommended her so highly. What I appreciated most about Eva was her honesty. She didn't try to sugar coat the reality of the situation I was in or make it seem as though it was an "easy win" like other lawyers I had spoken with. She explained what we would be facing and the bumps we may hit down the road. She also explained the positives and the things that would help.

Eva got the job done and was able to finalize my divorce. It was a difficult case because I reside in Wisconsin and my ex in California was not cooperative at all in finalizing the case. Eva took care of everything without me having to go back and forth for court appearances. She was professional, knowledgeable, and readily available for any questions.
