I lost faith in the Schoenberg Family Law Group. Cannot recommend! I was hopeful after initially speaking with Debra and paid the retainer. I asked for two things to be accomplished as I was placed on disability. Lower the Alimony and obtain an end date. I was asked almost weekly for more money with threats to end my representation and paid over $20000 before the first hearing, where I was told to just agree to my ex's request. My ex was allowed to lie and hide things to get more alimony but I was denied a discovery to show it. There is no reason to get a Lawyer if they are simply going to accept the other parties offer.

Despite providing all required documentation, including asset division and custody plans, I received an $88,000 bill. I felt completely taken advantage of.
