Debra Schoenberg has impressed me from the start. From day 1 she was quick to respond and very professional. She was patient to answer my questions, very accommodating to schedule my meetings. I was provided with updates on my case on a regular basis and when wrapping things up she made sure the interactions w my ex were quick and seamless. I recommend Deb to my friends who have had marital issues as I believe she is the best divorce attorney in SF.

After a lengthy divorce battle two years ago my ex came back to try and change our custody agreement. My previous attorney was terrible - non responsive and I just felt like i was any other case. This time I did my research and landed on Schoenberg Law - highly recommended by a colleague. What a difference! Debra fought hard for my rights and in the end I was more successful than last time.

i hired Ms Schoenberg for a Custody case, everything she said was right on the money. She told me what to expect and didn't sugar coat the truth of how difficult this would be. She always answered my texts and kept me informed. and best of all she listened to what I said and didn't blow me off... while I wish I could of won more time with my little one, I wasn't surprised of the out come because she was honest, I ended up with more time than we thought I could get because she heard me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
