The Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian, P.C. is a full-service law firm, advocating for clients throughout Southern and Northern California. We have offices in Beverly Hills and San Francisco and handle cases from the pre-litigation phase through discovery and jury trial in state and federal courts.

The law firm's approach is to treat all clients like family and provide quality legal representation - not charging clients any upfront fees or costs, not backing down and settling with insurance companies below the true value of the case, and maximizing case results for each and every client. It is our mission to approach each case with the utmost attention and detail.

The law firm works on a contingency, meaning we are only paid a percentage once you are paid at the end of a case.

Thank god for Arsen. I had a terrible experience with a different lawyer prior to finding Arsen and was really nervous about being listened to and respected due to my other experience but Arsen made me feel completely supported and heard. He is patient and understanding, and he works super hard to get his clients the best results. He explained the process to me in a way that I could understand and was never rude when I had questions. I always knew what to expect with Arsen and really felt like he was on my side. With Arsen I was able to focus on healing, the doctors he sent me to were kind and empathetic, and he was always making sure I got the best care and I felt comfortable. He was able to uncover things that my past lawyer and doctors didn't and made me feel like I was in safe hands. It is so clear that he really cares about his clients and handles himself in a professional and kind way. I highly recommend Arsen, I wish that I had found him at the beginning of my case!

Working with Arsen was a great experience. I sustained considerable injuries after being hit on my motorcycle. I was looking to be compensated for at least the medical bills. Arsen took initiative to complete multiple levels of investigations and took control of negotiations with the insurance companies. He worked with the my medical insurance company to waive the lein on any settlement, which was critical. Unfortunately the guy who hit me was in a difficult financial position and was in no position to pay any damages. He was a pleasure to work with and has my recommendation.

Attorney Sarapinian was referred to me by my agent when I bought my house last year. When I decided to back out from an offer before the due date, the sellers refused to return my earnest money. After carefully reviewing my contract, Arsen knew that I had all the right to get my money back because contingencies were not removed. He sent the sellers several letters with strong and firm words and demanded them to return the money within three days. Finally they had to back down and return the money and I could close the contract on another house on time. Without Attorney Sarapinian's help, I really didn't know what to do. Thanks to his professional and efficient practice in law, I was able to retrieve my money and acquire the house that I wanted.

My son was involved in a traumatic skateboarding accident that involved serious injuries. I was initially represented by another well-known law firm which was not communicating with me and was trying to settle my son's case below the value of his case. I consulted the Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian for a second opinion. The firm was communicative, provided invaluable feedback, and most importantly, offered excellent advice. We were finally able to resolve the case. I highly recommend this firm for personal injury cases. If I ever need a lawyer again Arsen will be the one I call. Thanks for everything!
