As a local business owner we hired Navigato & Battin for our business legal needs for the past 11+ years and can only give the strongest recommendation for this firm. In our most recent time of need, we got hired by a local contractor to perform a specific scope of work for 2 projects going on at about the same time. That scope of work was completed above & beyond as hired, in addition, we performed additional services as requested by the contractor. When it came to the contractor paying our invoices, he only wanted to pay a portion of the invoiced work performed and assumed we would accept his low ball offer to settle and this matter would simply go away. Travis Bray expertly navigated us through the process of holding this contractor responsible and to pay his invoices in full. Travis led the way flawlessly which ultimately ended in a favorable decision for us. We will continue to utilize the Navigato & Battin and cannot say thank you enough for Travis' assistance.

Often when you need a good attorney you feel if you dont get a partner you wont be represented well. We learned that is not true because our attorney with Navigato & Battin was, Travis Bray. We had a former emplouee accuse us of not paying her as agreeded for work performed amost 2 years ago. She 100% lied but we were concerned because typically the law sides with the employee not the employer in such cases. Travis was fantastic. He was organization and prepared and revealed the plaintiffs tfor who she was, a liar. He did so with professionalish and respect. He won the case for us. The plaintiff didnt get one undeserved cent from us. We would 100% recommend Travis Bray to anyone with a similiar case.
